What can I do with ZOrg?

Download the ZOrg installer.

ZOrg is an application for Windows XP that makes it easy to find your media, convert video files and copy media to your ZVUE. It also allows you to easily manage the files already on your ZVUE.

• You can use ZOrg to scour your hard drive for media copied from CD or DVD, or downloaded from the Internet. ZOrg presents the search results in an easy-to-read window.
• ZOrg uses ZFLICKS to convert a variety of video formats, including MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 AVI and WMV.
• ZOrg can copy compatible AVI and WMV video to your ZVUE, as well as MP3, WMA and Ogg Vorbis audio files.
• The ZOrg Manage Media feature lets you easily delete files from your ZVUE so you can load it up with fresh content.

We invite you to download ZOrg 1.0.1 for free. ZOrg requires Windows XP. (Note: ZOrg will run under Windows 2000. However, some features will be disabled.)

Download the ZOrg installer.

1. Right click on this link: ZOrgInstall-1.0.1.exe (15.5MB) and select Save Target As…
2. Select your Desktop as the "Save in" destination.
3. The ZOrg software installer will be downloaded to your computer desktop.

1. Double-click the ZOrg installer icon on your desktop to launch the ZOrg installer.
2. The ZOrg installer will guide you through the installation process.

2. Or download the manual: Right click on the link and select Save Target As…
3. Select your Desktop as the "Save in" destination.
4. The ZOrg manual (an Adobe Acrobat file) will be downloaded to your computer desktop.
5. Double click the icon for the ZOrg manual and it will open for viewing and printing.

To start ZOrg, double-click on the ZOrg icon on the desktop or find the shortcut under Start->Programs->ZOrg.

From ZOrg's main menu, you can convert video files into a ZVUE-compatible format, copy ZVUE-compatible audio and video files to the ZVUE, delete files from the ZVUE, or visit ZVUE.com to download great content.

Search: The search function is powerful and easy to use. Simply pick a location on your computer's hard drive and ZOrg will do the rest, presenting the results in a simple list that you can sort in a variety of ways.

Copy and Convert: To convert or copy files, check the box next to each file's name and click on the [Next >] button.

Manage Media: Need to make room on your ZVUE? Use the Manage Media option to list the files and folders on the ZVUE's SD/MMC card. Check the boxes of the files or folders you want to remove, then click Delete.
